When you submit the contact form, you confirm the details are accurate and you agree we may reply using the channel you chose. Submitting a form does not create a client contract until both parties sign a separate proposal or agreement.
Client engagements
Project scope, fees, timelines, and IP ownership are defined in a separate proposal or contract. Website copy does not replace a signed agreement.
Intellectual property
Site design, branding, and content belong to Optrizo Digital Solutions unless otherwise noted. Client project ownership is governed by the relevant contract.
Liability
Information on this site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made solely from marketing content. Governing law is that of the Republic of the Philippines.
